The New Acura Integra is it worth it or worth the hype?
The Acura Integra is back after a 20 year break, but its not the same Integra we grew up with. The rebirth is more luxury than the hi-rev vtec powered cars of the 80's and 90's. The Integra is replacing the ILX nameplate which is discontinued after this year. So what is new with this integra?? A 5 door liftback, Leather or a leather and suede combo seats, dual air conditioning for passenger and driver, premium sound system and a 1.5L turbocharged 4cyl at 200hp also found in its cousin, the Honda Civic. Transmission options are CVT or 6 speed manual only for the A-Spec trim. I saw the Integra for the first time during the Acura Honda Classic Meet at Bridgewater Acura in Bridgewater, NJ. Msrp for the Integra starts at 30k to upper 30K for the A-Spec tech package.
